Registration will open in August 2026 for ALPS 2027.
Accommodation
The Meeting will take place at the Carlo Magno Hotel which is situated in front of the Brenta Dolomites in Madonna di Campiglio, Italy. All room rates are inclusive of half board (breakfast and evening meal), drinks will also be provided with evening meals. All rooms have a private bathroom, shower, hairdryer; telephone, sat TV and in-room safe. Bookings for the meeting are based on a minimum 4 night stay.
All delegates must book accommodation at the Carlo Magno Hotel – this is mandatory. The Meeting has pre-booked rooms for arrival on Wednesday 27th January and departure on Sunday 31st January. Rooms can be booked from Sunday 24th January for those who would like to extend their stay. It is recommended that those booking an extended stay, book by 30th October 2026. Accommodation can only be guaranteed if secured by 13th November 2026, after this time, rooms are subject to availability. Booking by 13th November is strongly advised as rooms cannot be guaranteed after this date and in 2025 our allocation of rooms was full before the end of the day on the early registration deadline.
If you are sharing with one or more attendees, please select this option within the drop-down menu on the registration form and provide details of the person you are sharing within the descriptions box. Please note that one person must take responsibility for making the booking and necessary payment.
In a previous year attendees were targeted by a fraudulent travel and accommodation booking scheme. If you are contacted by a booking agent, please be cautious and if in doubt please contact [email protected] to check.

Confirmation will be sent via email upon receipt of payment. Please check your confirmation carefully.
Changes or Cancellations
Changes or cancellations must be made in writing to ALPS Registration Department to [email protected] and cannot be made via the internet. Please do not contact the hotel directly as they will be unable to accept changes.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
- For cancellations made up to and including Friday 14th November, the total payment amount will be refunded.
- For cancellations received after Friday 14th November for any personal reasons, we regret that no refunds can be made.
