We have learnt that third-party companies, Ehotel Services, Exhibitor Housing Services (EHS) – also known as Exhibitor Housing Management (EHM) and Business Travel Management (BTM), are targeting speakers and attendees with a fraudulent travel and hotel booking scheme.
Please do NOT book rooms through Ehotel Services or any other outside organisation. If in doubt please contact [email protected] to check!
Dear Colleagues,
The next Alpine Liver and Pancreatic Surgery Meeting is scheduled to take place in Madonna Di Campiglio, Italy, 31st January – 4th February 2024.
2023 was one of our best attended meetings in the ALPS series. We are pleased that so many people were able to join us for an excellent meeting. Presentations from 2023 are available to view on our Educational Platform.
The 2024 programme will feature invited lectures from world-renowned experts discussing the latest hot topics in the treatment of HPB diseases. The inclusion and development of trainees is a critical part of our meeting.
Bursaries covering travel and registration will be offered to the highest-scoring abstracts on a competitive basis. Trainees will have the opportunity to present in daily oral sessions and e-poster sessions.
The 2023 meeting was fully booked in December. Early booking for 2024 is recommended as numbers are capped by both hotel capacity and our intention to keep to a size which is conducive to networking, one of the main objectives of the meeting.
If you have any questions, please get in touch with [email protected].
We look forward to welcoming you to Madonna Di Campiglio.
Kind regards
The Organising Committee
John Primrose, Myrddin Rees, James Garden, Marc Bemelmans, David Tuveson, Mohammad Abu Hilal, Åsmund Fretland and Siân Pugh.
