The registration fees for the Alpine Liver and Pancreatic Surgery Meeting, 31 January – 3 February 2018, are detailed below. Please note that the registration fees are VAT exempt as this is an Educational Conference, no extra charges will be added to the fees.

The registration fee for ALPS 2018 includes:

  • Entrance to all sessions
  • Arrival drink and dinner on Wednesday
  • Tea/coffee in session room
  • Dinner at hotel on Friday evening
  • Gala Dinner on Saturday evening
  • Delegate pack and name badge
  • Certificate of Attendance

Invitation letters are available to registered delegates upon individual request by contacting registration@alpshpbmeeting.org.

The accompanying person registration fee for ALPS 2018 includes:

  • Arrival drink and dinner on Wednesday
  • Dinner at hotel on Friday evening
  • Gala Dinner on Saturday evening

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payment in Euros (€) is accepted by credit card. Registration and Accommodation will not be confirmed until full payment has been received.

Accommodation is secured with a 30% deposit payment. The balance payment shall be collected from the hotel on departure, plus any incidentals.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

Carlo Magno Hotel and Spa

The Carlo Magno Hotel and Spa Resort welcomes you to the snow-covered peaks of the Brenta Dolomites that are the backdrop for the splendid area comprising Madonna di Campiglio. An atmosphere of grand charm permeates the hotel as well as the passion and devotion dedicated to the guests. Just a few steps away from the hotel you can find lifts and runs for cross-country skiing. With the wondrous view of the Dolomites you can experience the magic of a dream vacation in contact with pure and uncontaminated nature.

Hotel Payment

Accommodation is secured with a 30% deposit payment which is administered through the registration link. The balance payment shall be collected from the hotel on departure, plus any incidentals.

Availability

Please note that delegates are required to be hotel residents and this is on a half board basis (breakfast and dinner included).  For the meeting, a room should be booked for arrival 31 January to departure 4 February 2018. Although shorter periods are possible it is not advised due to travel times involved.  Delegates can book pre-meeting accommodation at the same rates from 28 January which are subject to availability. Those requesting dates outside the official meeting dates (arrival 31 January and departure 4 February) will receive a separate confirmation once the dates are confirmed with the hotel. Accommodation can only be guaranteed if secured by 30 November 2017, please make your request via the registration form, you will be notified once availability has been confirmed by the hotel.

Room Rates

Current room rates for the available options can be found within the registration form. All rates are inclusive of half board, city tax is not included.

If you are sharing with another attendee please select this option within the drop-down menu on the registration form, and provide details of the person you are sharing with in the descriptions box. Please note that one person must take responsibility for making the booking and the deposit payment of 30%.

SOCIAL EVENTS 

ALPS 2018 delegates and registered accompanying persons are invited to attend the following official events:

  • Wednesday 31 January – Arrival drink and dinner at hotel (included in the registration fee)
  • Thursday 1 February – Mountaintop Party with dinner, €60.00 per person (alternatively dinner at hotel, no charge)
  • Friday 2 February – Lunch at Chalet Fiat with Faculty, €50.00 per person
  • Friday 2 February – Dinner at hotel (included in the registration fee)
  • Saturday 3 February – Gala Dinner (included in the registration fee)

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION

Confirmation will be sent via email upon receipt of payment. Registration for activities that are included in the registration fee will only be confirmed if booked.

CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Notification of changes and cancellation must be made in writing and sent to registration@alpshpbmeeting.org.

Cancellation

Cancellation of registration will be accepted subject to an administration fee.

  • Cancellations up to 30 November 2017, total amount will be refunded less a 20% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made from 1 December 2017, we regret that no refunds can be made.

Changes and Cancellation of Accommodation

Changes or cancellations must be made in writing to ALPS 2018 Registration Department to registration@alpshpbmeeting.org and cannot be made via the internet. Please do not contact the hotel directly as they will be unable to accept changes.

Should you need to cancel your hotel reservation on or before 30 November 2017, the payment will be refunded less a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellation after 1 December 2017, or arrival after / departure before the dates indicated on your reservation form will result in the entire stay of accommodation being charged, since hotel no-show charges make refunds impossible in this instance.

Refund policy

Refunds for cancellations made up to and including 30 November 2017, will be made in full less a 20% cancellation fee. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after 1 December 2017
